Examples of a Cisco Call Solution
Business Edition 6000 - Insurance
An mid-sized insurance firm with 600 employees needs a new phone system. They were using an outdated PBX box (Phone Branch Exchange) until now and they realised they were long overdue to upgrade to VoIP because of the potential cost savings, reliability and security.
