Microsoft’s flagship productivity software Office makes its transition to the cloud as Office 365. It comes full featured and deeply integrated into the suite along with extensions into other productivity offerings from Microsoft such as SharePoint, Yammer, Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and others. For many organisations this is a first natural step towards a Cloud transition and validates the experience for an application that they’ve been very familiar with for many years.
