The Design phase comes first. For a moment we put the technology aside, get to know your business and discover what your goals are. We are then in a much better position to align the right technologies.

The Deliver phase relies on our highly talented engineering team who take what we learnt in the design phase and craft a bespoke solution for you. This, in turn, allows us to provide optimised implementations that are fully documented to all of our clients. We can deliver the solution in a turn-key manner or working alongside your team.

The Nurture phase is where the adoption accelerates. We differentiate ourselves from the majority of consultants through the valuable post-engagement care we provide for all of our customers. This involves quarterly health checks where we come in to see if everything we have implemented has been successfully adopted and the features are being fully utilised. We develop and nurture our customer relationships across multiple life-cycles, not just single transactions.
